Shipping & Returns

Orders placed from our online shop will ship within 5-10 business days of placing your order. (Canvas and Timed edition orders may take longer) All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via USPS Priority. All domestic orders to PO Box and military addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International.

  • Address Correction: Please send all address corrections to info@acidfreegallery.com with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order ID with the email. Send within 24 hours or your order.
  • Return Policy: All sales are final unless a print is damaged in transit. No cancelled orders, so please be sure to order only what you want to be shipped.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, simply contact us and we will discuss the next steps for replacement. We will send replacement prints if we have them in stock. We will not refund your payment unless we do not have the exact item in stock for replacement. You should check your prints immediately upon receiving them for damage. You have up to 10 days from the date you receive your prints to make a damage claim. Please check your prints ASAP. Please contact info@acidfreegallery.com
  • If you receive the wrong order: Simply notify us and return the item in the same condition. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact info@acidfreegallery.com
  • Due to the limited nature of our products and large ammounts of traffic trying to get these products. All sales are final. If you do not plan to pay please do not order. Accidental orders will not be refunded. We understand the nature of quickly ordering limited items. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out. thank you!
  • Please DO NOT file a charge back claim through paypal to resolve a shipping issue. This takes several weeks and too much of yours and our valuable time. Simply email us and we will send you a phone number so we can figure out a solution. We will always take care of our customers. Thank you!
  • Combined Shipping: We can only combine shipping if you have ordered 5 or less prints in two seperate orders within the same day. More than 5 prints must ship in two separate tubes and we cannot give a combined shipping discount with more than 5 prints ordered. You must email us to request combined shipping within 24 hours of ordering. We understand the process of quickly ordering limited edition prints and we will try to work with you the best we can. Combined shipping can only be applied to orders going to the exact same address.
  • Address changes on orders must be received within 24 hours of your order.
  • If your order has shipped and you do not receive it within a reasonable time please contact us and we will look for your package. It may take a couple of weeks for USPS to look into the loss. We will not refund until we find out what has happened to your package. If it is lost we will send new prints. If we do not have replacements then we will send a refund. 


International orders ship via USPS First Class International.  ( transit time varies based on location )

Domestic orders will ship USPS Priority. (2-3 days transit time once scanned by USPS)
